From 8 to 10 April 2026, the first ‘BeNeLux Geography’ conference will take place in Leuven, Belgium.
This conference is organised by the geographical communities of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. It provides the chance to present and discuss work in geography and spatial planning, as well as ample opportunity for informal discussions and networking. The conference represents a continuation and scaling up of the biennial Belgian Geography Days (organised by UNamur in 2024) and the Dutch Geographers Days (last organised by KNAG in 2006). The goal is to provide a forum for geographical exchange for colleagues from the Benelux and beyond.
